My face twice. Big Girl got in one. 26 minutes exercise doing upper and lower body toning program from my Prevention DVD.
Calorie intake – 1108 (Skipped lunch)
Weight – 193.3 (I have to start weighing in the mornings, cause this up and down roller coaster is giving me a headache.
Day 9 – 10/4/09
My face twice. Big Girl got in one when she got home from Daddy’s. 20 minutes exercise from the Aerobic Walking program.

Week 1 – Weekly Summary
I’m going to try to do a weekly summary every Saturday night, so here goes week 1. Total calorie intake was 8436 for 6 days is an average of 1406 per day. Exercised 5 days this week for a total of 3 hours 5 minutes (89 minutes cardio/aerobic and 96 minutes Yoga/stretching.) Weekly weight loss 3.1 pounds (may not be real accurate because of today’s calories.) Total weight loss 3.1 pounds.
Day 8 – 10/3/09
My face twice, Big Girl is at Daddy’s. 40 minutes exercise. 20 Yoga and strength exercises, 20 jogging (in place.)
Calorie intake – 660 (It wasn’t intentional. I was busy and the kiddos weren’t here, so I got caught up and kinda forgot to eat.)
Weight – 194 (I weigh at night when I do my exercises, so that lower number probably has to do with forgetting to eat much today.)
Day 7 – 10/2/09
Both faces twice. No exercise routine. It was b-ball night so we were at the school most of the night. The fact that dinner was from the concession stand is also the reason for the high calories today, although I’m pretty much guessing on the calories there. It wouldn’t have been nearly so bad if it weren’t for that darn Coke I drank (20oz=250 calories
)

Day 6 – 10/1/09
Both faces twice. 40 minutes exercise. Walked around the b-ball court before Big Girls practice started (10 minutes.) 15 minutes Yoga. 15 minute Prevention Aerobic Walking Workout.
Calorie intake – 1586 (Yeah…we had a business lunch today at a local diner so I’m kinda guessing on the lunch calories, but they should be close.)

Day 5 – 9/30/09
Both faces twice. 40 minutes exercise. 20 Yoga and strength exercises and 20 jogging (in place.)

Day 4 – 9/29/09
Yeah, I’m late…Did my face twice, Big Girl got in one (running late for the bus this morning.) Didn’t do no stinking exercise.
I’m letting my poor old body rest for a day.

Both did faces twice today. Logged 36 fit credits on Wii. 22 of them were Yoga, strength exercises and balance games. 14 were cardio (stepping and jogging.)

Day 2 – 9/27/09
Big Girl and I both did our faces twice today and I got on the Wii for some exercise. We won’t talk about how hatefully honest the damn thing was about how long it had been since I got on it last or how much weight I’ve gained since then and we certainly won’t talk about how I didn’t even come close to keeping up with my old routine!!! However, we will say that I got 29 fit credits today (29 minutes.) I did 19 minutes of Yoga and strength exercises and 10 minutes of jogging. My goal was 1 1/2 miles (Wii miles anyway
) in 10 minutes and I MADE IT!!! Yay me!

Bought skin care products which Big Girl and I both used before bed. Didn’t do my exercise routine, but surely all that walking we did today counts a little, right?
